Shipping policy

At Buyzo, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no delivery charges and no minimum order value. The price you see on the product page is the full amount you pay.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed on the same day as payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second message with tracking details once it's dispatched.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery can take longer during festivals, sale periods, severe weather or other conditions outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active. If it hasn't updated in more than 4 days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Delayed or failed deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. Buyzo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of ordering.

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will be re-sent at no extra charge, or refunded if you prefer.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery where possible, or record an unboxing video before opening it. See our Refund & Return Policy for what to do next.
