Refund policy

At Buyzo, we want you to be happy with what you receive. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, accessories and free items included
  • Accompanied by your order number

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without an approved request cannot be processed.

Damaged or wrong product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello.buyzoindia@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photographs of the item and the outer packaging
  3. An unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened

The unboxing video is what allows us to raise a claim with our courier partner, and claims without it usually cannot be honoured. We recommend recording every parcel as you open it — it takes ten seconds and protects you completely.

We'll provide a replacement or a full refund after verification, and you won't pay return shipping in these cases.

Non-returnable items

  • Used or damaged items where the damage was caused by misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Personal care and hygiene products once opened or used — including face masks, blackhead removal tools, hair colour products, body scrubbers and knee supports — unless received damaged or defective
  • Personal safety products including pepper spray
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few days more to appear on your statement.

Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI — we'll ask you for those details.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible, but you may request a return if eligible.
